How Do We Do It

There are several steps how SBIFM operates:

1. SBIFM selects the best business ideas through a rigorous process. The SBI management team defines issues with the help of local subject experts. Then, the SBI identifies opportunity platforms for potential successful ventures. When identified, we develop and improve business ideas together with entrepreneurs and experts so that we pitch a business idea into a start-up.

2. The SBIFM team identifies the best ideas within the most promising sectors for business development.

The SBIFM team assists in developing a business plan, business diagnostics, and semi-annual evaluation.

4.  The SBIFM announces the selected business ideas.

5.  The SBIFM team purchases the equipment/tools; provides space and consultancy.

6.  The startups build sustainable products or services.

7. The SBIFM Team makes deals with strategic partners such as local government, stakeholders, and companies.

8. The startups register their business.

9.  The SBIFM Team develops indicators of success for the start-up.

10. The SBIFM team assists the startups in developing marketing research and strategy.

11. The SBIFM team assists in developing a financial model, cash flow, e-banking, and bank transfers.
